How to plan a great kids’ football party

If your children love football then it would be a great idea to hold a kids’ football party for them.

Baker Ross has plenty of football-related party activity ideas and party bag ideas which should ‘score’ highly with the kids and the friends they invite to the party – all guests will go home feeling like a winner!

Football Invitations & Envelopes are just the ticket when it comes to inviting children to the party; how could anyone refuse such an eye-catching invitation? Kids can help you write out the invitations with stationery like Football Push a Point Pencils and Football Erasers.

Displaying a Football Banner and Football Balloons outside your home is a great way of letting guests know that they have come to the right house. Once they arrive it’s time for the fun and games to kick off!

Of course, no kids’ football party would be complete without a game of football involved. A Penalty Shoot Out Game is ideal for putting up in the back garden or taking down to the park.

The game comes with a large football goal and an inflatable 6″ football which, once pumped up, can be fired at five football-shaped holes in the goal’s net. This game is a real crowd-pleaser; kids can really perfect their shooting skills by skilfully kicking the ball through the holes.

Buying a pack of 12 Plastic Footballs will ensure that everyone who takes part in the penalty competition can go home with a prize. It’s also good to have some spare footballs as back-up in case any of the penalties go sailing over next door’s wall!

While the penalty-taker is lining up his kick, the other kids can keep occupied by playing with Football Mini Biff Bats; a mini bat and ball game with a football design which is great for practising ball control with.

If your party has a charity theme then bear in mind that a Football Tombola is a great way of making sure excitement levels never flag. The Baker Ross tombola kit has all you need to make sure you can hold a winning draw, including tickets and prizes such as Mini Soft Footballs, Football Magic Slates and Football Hi-Bounce Jet Balls.

All this activity might well make children hungry and thirsty. If you’re having a football feast outside then a Football Tablecover will look great draped over your picnic table – it has a design which mirrors the appearance of an immaculately-maintained football pitch at the start of a new season.

Football Plates are also fun to eat off; why not prepare some cheese balls to scoff to continue the football theme?

When the final whistle blows at the end of the party, make sure the guests go home with a Football Party Bag – Football Memo Pads and Football Keyrings are just two of many great gifts that kids can go home happy with!
