Simple Hand Made Jean Bag

 and your wallet is being squeezed. save cash by using your hands by using unwanted items from around your house to maker things. This bag is so simple and fun, can make a brilliant present and only requires a few items that you probably have already.

This bag is fashionable and friends will love to unwrap it as a present, lets get cracking.

Everything is needed to create your Jean bagDisguarded jeans. you can get an old pair of jeans from a charity shop but everyone have an pair they no longer need.Some cotten. Use a colour to compliment your jeans, make sure your cotton is strong.

• A neck tie. You might need two of these if you are using a particular large pair of jeans.

Stage 1.

Take the legs off with scissors removing the crotch without damaging the zip press them and prepare them ready to turn into a bag.

Step 2whip the jeans inside out machine along the bottom. Sew again until the bag is strong enough.Then turn the jeans the correct way round, making a denim pouch ready to be turned into a bag.

Step 3Cut two 20 x 4 inch strips out the trouser legs that you cut off previously and lay them on a ironing board with the rough side facing each other.  Roll in the rough edges on the long side and iron them smooth then sew so that the stitch is visible. Ensure that your thread is visble on the outside.  Stitch again along the other side, having folded in the edgePart 4

Fix the strap to either side of the bag ensuring the strap is fixed tight with at least a double stitch.

Step 5Thread the scarf around the bag and tie in an attractive bow.
