Physical activity to prevent Leaky Gut Syndrome
As said that prevention is better than cure you have to take few steps so that your bowels are cleansed which will help in preventing the Leaky Gut Syndrome. Even dancing, Aerobics, Gymnastics, Stretching are one of the activities that can be done to prevent the syndrome.
